Let me give you some facts.
It’s not discrimination to not allow trans in the military, no one can join the military if they are on medications.
Trans aren’t battlefield ready, they are dead weight in the military. 
The military is a war machine not a medical institution.

As usual, CNN is at best jumping to conclusions to give an inaccurate headline.  From their own article:

In 2018, there were an estimated 14,000 transgender service members in the US military, according to the Palm Center, an independent research institute that has conducted extensive research on sexual minorities in the military.

A Pentagon memo detailing the ban during Trump’s first term in office recommended making exceptions for transgender service members already serving in uniform who had joined the military under previous policies before the ban took effect; those who do not require a change in gender; and those who had been “stable for 36 consecutive months in their biological sex prior to accession.”

It’s unclear whether the administration’s new ban will also have exceptions. Asked about possible exceptions on Monday, Hegseth said only that there will be an executive order “on that right now, today.”

The issue appears to be readiness for deployment for people under medication to support medical transitioning.

If Trump were to come out with a blanket "any man who thinks he's a woman or vice versa can't serve," I would oppose that, in the absence of relevant psychological comorbidities (which is documented, many such people have, but that's a different issue).

Hey everyone, keep in mind that @squistion also tried to put forth that the Rainbow Mob wasn't protected by the Civil Rights Act of 1965.  Literally started a thread saying they could get fired from their job for being gay.  Didn't even know that had civil rights protections.

So, yeah, when he talks about the Rainbow Mob just keep in mind that it is ALL propaganda and ignorance on his part.  He does what he's told.
