So, we've got $400 going into this one. $75 goes to the bigger pot, correct? So, how would that redistribute? We could keep amounts the same and just no $ for third place.

So with no Cloaca that is -$50.   -$10 for the Edex Cup pot and -$40 for this event.  How about the following?...

1st =  $190   (twice 2nd place +$10)

2nd = $90  (twice 3rd place +$10)

3rd = $40

Also I was thinking, if Cloaca is not done for the season and just skipping this event... are we allowing that?  If he comes back for the Players, is it business as usual or is he allowed to play event by event but not be a part of the Edex  ?

And we can't just auto give him the first pick like he came in last place.... I think keeping him with his draft spot from this event is probably the most fair way to do it since he was picking 5th, smack dab in the middle.

If the numbers work then I say we go with this plan.  We can figure out something if Cloaca places in the final pot.

I'd just boot him, but if he comes back, he needs to be part of the greater EdEx like everyone else.  He also needs a 2 hour timer.

Well, the reason I asked is I felt like we had allowed or offered for others to join in the past and just play events which raises the pot for the event but they don't accumulate edex points for the season long pot.... but I guess we can just boot him entirely. 

 

As for pick spot if he comes back... I suggested where he is now because it seems like the most neutral. Some people might see #9/10 turn as a good thing and not want to lose it. And if we do random draw, what if he gets #1? Kind of sucks to the person who earned it by being part of this event...

so I am suggesting   190 / 90 / 40

I don't like eliminating paying the top 3 but if everyone prefers to only pay the top two then its probably   210 / 110  ?   or 220 /100
