My goal and purpose is to help raise the vibration of Earth

Recommended Posts

More people are feeling this pull to help humanity. Skeptics have no clue about the channels and psychics who are working to help people.

So much of the disease on this planet comes from the mind. Environment plays a part, but even changing environment starts in the mind.

This podcast, Next Level Soul, is my favorite. There are a lot of good podcasts that deal with similar topics, but every single guest on this one genuinely wants to help humanity. It's always really positive. The host, Alex Ferrari, seeks out the most intuitive people he can find.

This isn't my favorite episode, but this psychic was hoping to see Kamala win the election from what I gather. She has her own platform as well. I think. I haven't dug into her yet. Just a solid episode about her thoughts on consciousness and our souls.

If you want to see real change, start by changing yourself. Go inside of yourself and do inner work. Talk to yourself. Ask the higher consciousness of the universe for guidance. When you change your vibration, the world around you changes to reflect your beliefs. Whatever you believe to be true, the world does its best to reflect that reality to you.

No message could be made any clearer— if you wanna make the world a better place, take a look at yourself and then make a change.

We are all making decisions and judgements based on what we think is best. The disconnect happens when we let our egos make the determination of what is best instead of tapping into our higher consciousness.

It's like a crack head who thinks winning the lottery will solve his problems. His ego believes this, but a crack head winning the lottery would probably find himself in an even worse position with all of that money.

There is so much to teach and so much to learn. I expect this thread won't become popular, but people really need to do inner work and understand reality better if we want a better world.

One thing you can do right now to make a difference is to become present more often. What is being present? Not thinking or becoming distracted. Remove all thought.

How do we do this easily with all of the distractions? Focus on the breath. When you focus all attention on the breath, your mind automatically becomes present.

What are the benefits? When you think about anything, you are sending and spending energy on that thing. If it's in the past, you are sending energy to the past. The same goes for thinking about the future. When present, you maintain all of your energy for right now. You will literally feel a boost in energy.

There technically is no past or future as everything exists in the present. Eeach moment in time is just another present moment.

Just wait until they have to come to grips with their favorite politicians being in prison, maybe even finding their way to the gallows, while Trump never sniffs a cell. Its going to seem so unfair to them.

This is a little amusing to me because the term “higher consciousness” is itself egotistical, implying that a person holds a deeper understanding or awareness of reality.  There is only consciousness and unconsciousness.  Your higher consciousness imposes your ego on the crack head in your example above.  It is not up to you to determine.

You misunderstand what I mean by that. I don't mean I personally have a higher degree of consciousness than others. I mean my higher self. Everyone has a higher self that is the culmination of all the lives they have lived. Time acts differently in higher dimensions. Everything is happening at the exact same time. There is never any moment but the present moment. It's just seen from a different perspective, which gives the illusion of time.

Becoming present and listening to our higher selves is the opposite of being lead by our egos.

Unfortunately, you’re really still just saying the same thing.  But, personally, I very much like your sense for self-improvement and your general goodwill so thanks for being you.

When I die, I’ll have full consciousness. So I got that going for me.

My responses can still come from the ego at times. We all have it, and we aren't meant to rid ourselves of it. We are meant to integrate it.

I consciously try to respond in a more neutral way, but sometimes my ego just has to have its say.

I learned some about this stuff when I did hypnotherapy. It was really fascinating.

I don't really talk to my "higher self" but I refer to it as my "inner wisdom."

When I was learning Reiki and doing hypnotherapy at the same time, my inner wisdom created and showed me who my spirit guides are. I have three, and I've gotten away from that connection for a while, I have too much going in my life stress wise to be able to create the environment I need to get back to that space. My mind isn't clear enough or quiet enough right now.

I find all of this really true though. If you want to change the world, the first and nearly only thing you can do is look within. You cannot change others, but you can change you.

I'll have to check out that podcast. Great post.

This goes for everyone. We never lose consciousness. We reconnect with the spirits who are in the higher dimension.

When we are born, we have what's called the veil of forgetfulness so that we don't remember our past lives or the time in-between. Well most don't. Some are given the ability to help humanity.

That's awesome you met your spirit guides. I'm not intuitive enough for this to happen, at least not yet. It's easier for women typically. Have you ever thought about doing past life regression?

If you're really ate up by what's going on, just step away from all the news. You need to love yourself completely before you can really see the good in humanity.

There are differences in how a lot of us think we need to get to a point of equilibrium, but the majority of everyone here just wants to see peace. We want an end to all of the division. It starts with us individually.

If you can then look at the person you disagree with, and realize they basically want the same thing as you, then it's much easier to let go of that hate and anger you are feeling. Those emotions only bring down your vibration. They do not serve any benefit to you other than to learn you don't actually want to feel that way.

Great video breaking down the dogmatic side of Christianity to get at the heart of Yeshua's teachings. The main takeaways, hell isn't real. Jesus isn't here to take on your sin. The kingdom of heaven, the way to God is through you, not some outside source (like a priest).

Lots of documents like the dead sea scrolls to back it up. The guest has a degree in theology and was practicing to be a minister.

At what point can the person singing this take a few moments away from the mirror and feed wine to little boys?

A Geek thread without political arguments - refreshing.

My beliefs apparently align with Buddhism seeing the universe as one being with everything in it eternally connected. Seems logical with no faith or supernatural required. Most religions focus on individual conciseness... too myopic IMO.

I love Buddhism.

I'e been reading up on it for a long time, it can be hard to put into practice when you come from a Christian background, but I am working on it.

ETA: I've tried reading the Bhavagad Gita, not Buddhism but Hindu, and it similar concepts that might be easy to read like a story, but the practice and message is much deeper.

Seems more reasonable than supernatural (and contradictory) stories found in other religions. Buddhism and Hindu are branches of the same tree, though I don't know the differences or history.

Hate to admit I'm not actually into Buddhism - sounds like you know way more than me. Someone once pointed out to me that my beliefs just happen to align. I also share their idea of desire being the root of suffering - I understand the logic. Buddhism gets a little weird (to me) about reincarnation theories being reborn into various realms of existence depending on karma. I can go along with reincarnation of the next being to gain conciseness. Once your conciseness ceases to exist, who's to say it isn't you. Beyond that, they lose me.

Our consciousness continues past our death. It never ceases. In fact we consciously choose our lives in advance.

There is so much unnecessary suffering in the world. If people could understand that they chose the life they are living, it would make it all seem less random.

There's a book called Sustainable Happiness. It was written by Joe Loizzo who was given access to all of the ancient Bhuddist texts. The purpose was to make it more digestible for modern day society.

I have the book. It's still very dense.

This is where religions lose me. Consciousness/soul (after you die and lack consciousness) seems to be an emphasis in the religious world.  Understandable people are drawn to that - nobody wants to not exist, even after death. They didn't have a problem with it before they were born, but I digress.

That rationale seems too specific.  What makes me... me?  Cut off my arms, legs, heck remove everything but my brain and keep it alive with tubes. But the brain is comprised of trillions of atoms and requires oxygen and nutrition molecules to stay alive, all of which came from the universe. When my corpse rots or is cremated... those atoms will continue to interact with the universe for all eternity - just as they did before I was born.

This line of thinking leads me to consider the universe as one being. I don't put much stock in consciousness, hell even insects have consciousness. Regardless, I appreciate the philosophical discussion.

I appreciate it as well. I'm not coming from a mainstream religious point of view. This is from hundreds of near death experiencers who get a glimpse of the after life before they come back. Not all NDEs are the same. They are heavily influenced by our beliefs in this life.

I understand why you question the validity of consciousness remaining, but that's because you view the brain as creating consciousness.

Our brains actually receive consciousness. They are part receiver and part filter. Our brains filter out the majority of reality so that we can function, and our brains are tuned to a specific frequency that receives our specific signals.

I can respect that argument, but only if it includes EVERY conscious being in the universe, from bacteria to worms to people. Heck, there's debate whether plants have a differentiated form of consciousness as some intersect with the environment and other plants in various ways.

Once you include every life form in the discussion as having equal status, it makes the human consciousness seem rather meaningless. And if they aren't included, then it sounds like a throw back to old style religion - God made Man, and Universe revolves around Earth type stuff.

There are different levels of consciousness, but all living creatures have it. Humans just have a higher level thar includes self awareness.

There was an interesting experiment where the head of the CIA polygraph division, Cleve Backster, hooked up a plant to a polygraph.

Sarah Cosme does past life regression therapy, specifically the Dolores Cannon method. This podcast is interesting. More interesting is that I decided to buy and read her first book. It's absolutely incredible @TheNewGirl I think you would really enjoy her book: A Hypnotsit's Journey to Atlantis.

I can't recommend that book enough. There are multiple confirmations among the hypnotized that are recalling the same things. It gives the most accurate account of Atlantis, how it was formed, it's society, and what happened to Lemuria. Incredible information.

I was chatting with a work friend about it, he's from India and has a LOT of knowledge about Hinduism, etc. The BG is a tough read because many people tend to read it at the surface level and just take it as a story. It's better to read it with someone/teacher of Hinduism so that they can guide you through what lessons are being taught.

He recommended another book, the title escapes me so I'll have to come back to this post.
