I don't collect gang tattoos, no.

But there's a creativity and symbolism aspect that you intentionally fail to acknowledge. For reasonable people short on time, the photo-shopped letters "M", "S", "1" and "3" in the picture of his fist should suffice.

That’s a stretch since there is nothing on the top or bottom to separate the left and right side from each other.    The most likely explanation I’ve seen for the tattoo is “smoke weed to get high, praise God until I die”

I suggest the governments decisions on how they are handling this is dragging it out.  I think the DOJ is using this guy to ensure voters remember how corrupt Democrats are.
