No one seems to know or can say.

It seems to have no relevance whatsoever to Harvard and the student visa issue discussion.

The MAGAturd mind works in odd and mysterious ways. Just look at all the irrelevant subject matters they roll into a discussion. Turdcore is king of that when he's not posing unrelated questions to whatabout or deflect something.

Rusty the TDS troll. His mind never worked from birth on. Like father like son.

But one time in high school he covered prom for the school newspaper. He wasn't the first choice, but he was the only one without a date soooo....

Rusty is very upset. He thought he was once something special and this was a special place. Then I came along and dominated. You can tell by all my wins. Rusty is dying inside. Let’s lay off.  He’s got enough problems.

Just a reminder Jews will destroy your business your education your life if you dare speak out against them. Even while they genocide a people.

And conservatives will clap like trained seals.

Whataboutism is a widely employed logical fallacy when there is flimsy or nonexistent defensible arguments to be made. When employed, it’s essentially the same as surrendering in a debate, which helps explain why MAGA relies on whataboutism so heavily.

Millions of children in the democrat controlled public schools can’t read anywhere near grade level.  But liberals are more worried about the children of privilege that attend or will attend Harvard. It’s demonic.

I don't think it is helpful to America to teach elite foreign kids what Harvard's "understanding" of America is.  For instance, Harvard does not believe in free speech (it came in dead last as per FIRE).

Quote
AI Overview

Yes, Harvard University has consistently received low scores in FIRE's (Foundation for Individual Rights in Education) College Free Speech Rankings. In recent years, Harvard has ranked dead last, even receiving an "Abysmal" rating and a score of 0, according to FIRE. This indicates a poor environment for free speech on campus, according to FIRE's survey of students and analysis of campus policies.

Here's why Harvard has struggled in these rankings:
  • Low student scores:
Surveys reveal a significant portion of Harvard students do not believe shouting down a speaker or using violence to stop speech is never acceptable.

  • Poor administrative support:
FIRE's analysis indicates that Harvard's administration does not adequately support free speech on campus.

  • Unclear policies:
Harvard's speech policies are considered to be yellow light, meaning they are not clear and can be easily abused or arbitrarily applied, according to FIRE.

  • Incidents of censorship:
There have been instances where students or groups have been sanctioned for expressing controversial views, according to the FIRE website.

  • Deplatforming attempts:
FIRE's research shows that attempted deplatformings of speakers at schools ranked at the bottom of the rankings have a high success rate,.

Ad hominem is an attack against an individual making an argument, definitely another tactic often employed here.

While I certainly don’t hold back about MAGA and their cult like behavior, I generally won’t address or respond directly to an individual on here, despite any childish attacks directed my way. Exceptions made for posters I deem reasonable.

That said, I’ve strayed from that occasionally and will be more mindful of that going forward.

My perception is that he doesn't like it when a bunch of foreign are constantly protesting and getting domestic students to align with them against what he perceives are American interests.

Regardless which side you're on (both sides suck), I don't really like it either.  They're guests in our country.  Sit the f down and shut the f up.

I love it. Foreigners don't have a right to protest here. This is what I voted for. Kick them all out. Start over with who is allowed back in.

Trump 2028!! Third term. We are at war. The mayor of Chicago even says so.

Sure, but isn’t that happening at Columbia University most prominently? I don’t hear much about that at Harvard. The protests also don’t seem to be the entire scope of his seemingly personal agenda against them.

Also, I agree with your point generally speaking. The foreign students should be minding themselves, and the American students should be too. I’m not sending my kid to college to do protests. Go to class.

You're joking right?  It's his job to care for everybody. He's standing up for marginalized groups that are being discriminated against.    Why do you care about the 001% of trannies who can't dress in teenage girl's bathrooms?

Don't push it too hard.  Ghey Under Pressure isn't the sharpest tool in the shed.  His strength is spewing fake outrage that he's told to do.  Thinking is not really required for him.

“Trump is standing up for marginalized groups” is objectively the most hilarious take I’ve seen on this board, and that is saying a lot.

So, why Harvard? Seems personal to Trump. Wonder why that is.

That is what is such a weird disconnect among Republicans and the MAGA crowd. While there are a few here that have expressed disapproval with the luxury jet and the other gifts/deals, they are a distinct minority. Most have no problem with open bribery but somehow Harvard accepting foreign students is not acceptable.
