At this point, Democratic rank and file don't feel the need to protect anyone who they voted for who might have been in the files.  Biden might not have released them because there are names on it...but I don't really know anyone whos a Democrat who wants to hold off on releasing these things because of Biden, the Clintons, Bill Gates. Tom Hanks etc. etc. 

I don't think that can be said for a good portion of the MAGAverse, Conservatives, etc..to the point that I am even starting to see a "So what if Trump is on it? That doesn't bother me" drum beat starting.

I don’t think it’s fair to accuse the Trump admin of corruption in trying to coax a lie out of Maxwell.   More likely is that Maxwell and her lawyers initiated it, and simply know that if she doesn’t implicate Trump her chances of getting leniency are better.
