I think we forget how serious this issue is. Supposedly one reason the FBI & CIA hid material on Kennedy’s murder was they were worried people would say just that, why didn’t you do something to stop it? Then the next administration hid it, then the next. I don’t want to argue about JFK, point is there’s a lot of self interest here.
