Not even for an “October Suprise” before the election. Now the Trump Administration has only release “redacted” information and nobody has been arrested. Prior to actually getting the jobs the podcasters that Trump put in charge of our IC’s made a big deal about releasing all this stuff and how arrests would absolutely be made if they were in charge of this. Mix in that Trump is all over the place in them and it’s perfect fodder for the media. If the roles were reversed Fox News would have started a new channel dedicated solely to this topic. You're missing one small point. Congress passed a law, unanimous Senate, trump signed it, that requires the DOJ to release everything.
