let me try to help you out.

1. my "so-called" sarcasm is clearly sarcasm because we all know the United States has no king. So me saying "we still don't have a king" is, indeed, sarcasm.

2. Social media is a cesspool and I very rarely use it. It seems you live there.

3. Was the purpose of the rallies not to protest against the perceived threat of a king, and supposed authoritarianism of a president you don't like? I fully understand the proposed purpose of these rallies, I am simply challenging the validity of them. I am further suggesting that the continual liberal rhetoric of king, hitler, threat to democracy, etc is far more central to this idea than anything the president has actually done.

Once again, not an actual king, which is the point many folks keep missing or being intentionally obtuse with this Straw Man mischaracterization.

Why couldn't they just vote? What are they actually protesting?

Speaking of obtuse I guess you didn’t read the complete sentence you bothered to bold or you would have read the words “perceived threat of…”

Again the protests were not against the "perceived threat" of an actual king and your repeated attempts to mischaracterize it doesn't change the facts as to what the marches were about.

I thought this was pretty good:

TL/DW:

1) LOL at Fox News complaining about “old white people complaining about stuff”

2) Trump isn’t a King, but he’s “king-adjacent,” and some of the stuff he’s done is eerily similar to some of the complaints from the Declaration of Independence.

3) Calling Trump a King is actually a downgrade from what much of MAGA thinks of him as: a God (look no further than the “Father Trump” thread here)
