I’ve never denied that blacks commit a disproportionate amount of violent crime.  All I’ve said is that doesn’t mean you should stereotype all blacks because of that.   And in this particular case, it looks to be more of a mental health issue than a “culture” issue.

Crimes against black people get less media coverage because they are almost always committed by black people.

There are no laws prohibiting mental institutions.  People want to blame Reagan for that, but it wasn't his undoing.  Mental institutions were heII holes.  The people in there were poorly treated and they were all run by the states, no the federal government.  It was the federal government, however, funding them.  All 50 states decided to do away with them because Uncle Sam wasn't footing the bill.  At any one point in time, any state can start them up again and fund them.  I'll make a prediction though... no matter what state starts doing it, the Democrats will be the first to have a problem.
