I’ve never denied that blacks commit a disproportionate amount of violent crime.  All I’ve said is that doesn’t mean you should stereotype all blacks because of that.   And in this particular case, it looks to be more of a mental health issue than a “culture” issue.

What is the excuse of the educated rich stealing billions from Americans on a mass scale? What about the bombings and killings of thousands at a time? Are those not also murder? The man was clearly mentally ill. You have no idea his upbringing. There are people who were born with psychological problems and the average uneducated parent only knows to beat the illness out of the child. 
If you’re afraid of the 13% it’s only because you know what happened to their forefathers and how it affects their progeny. 
There is the door you can head back to Norway or Ireland or wherever your ancestors came from.

Imagine if I posted about all the murder suicides or the man who tied up and killed his 4 young daughters that were perpetrated by white people. blacks by whites ~1.8.

Per capita offending rates per 1,000: blacks against whites ~11.6

whites against blacks ~0.38

(ratio ~31:1).

For homicides (FBI 2019):

(ratio 2.3:1)

TLDR: A white person is 31 times more likely to be victimized by a black person than the other way around.
