I said if we watched the speech with the scope. Apologies, if not clear. He had his grandfather’s scope. Thats legal right, so long as you say he didn’t point the gun at someone? For instance could he have shouldered the Mauser, been in the audience, listened politely, & left?

The scope is attached to the gun. To look through the scope he would have to point the gun at Kirk. If you're suggesting he could remove the scope and look through it at Kirk I agree with you, that would be legal.

I thought some point Robinson said he had gotten the scope from his uncle so I thought it was detachable.

But why did you reserve it for a guy criticizing Trump and MAGA? Why didn’t you respond to the ten days of statements from literally hundreds on the right, both here and in the public arena, blaming liberals for Charlie Kirk’s murder? Because he blamed Trump and MAGA for the shooting. Is this a trick question?

I think his question is basically, do you think that this statement: 8 hours ago, jerryskids said: I taught my children at a young age that they were responsible for their own behavior and reactions. …also means that you think people are incorrect when they say “the left” was responsible for Kirk’s death?
