You could say that about anything. You can change the BKG music to something else at the beginning, sure, but they were in an XMAS TREE lot, a bad guy was hiding in the trees. Without those trees, that guys isn't hiding, you can't do that at a fireworks stand, not getting turkeys, or at a bar drinking green beer.
