Little things about the NFL that annoys you?

 

My 1st one is that to watch it, you need to buy at least 5 streaming services. I wish our favorite teams would just have their own networks, I'd buy that. 

I totally miss the days where you'd turn on the TV and watch a game for free.

I can't stand the penalties. It seems like there's a penalty on every play. It's exhausting

True. Every possession there's at least 1 off-sides penalty, at least that's how it feels.

17-game season annoys me. Uneven records and home / away splits.

Thursday night every week and overseas games. If you’re going to pretend to care about player safety don’t have teams playing on 4 days rest or in foreign countries.

Go back to 2 wild cards and 2 bye week teams. 14 playoff teams is too much.

Move the Chargers back to San Diego and Raiders back to Oakland.

Theres no reason to review every turnover and score, that’s what challenges are for.

In general too many flags. The default should be to let them play unless the penalty is obvious. Too much defensive holding and DPI.

There may be more.

Edit: Nee taunting rules are ass. If you so much as flex in the direction of an offensive player that’s a 15-yard flag.

Ban choreographed multi-player celebrations.

i hate it.

it’s not just the NTL but the sports gambling ads are out of control.

How’d I forget? Go back to normal kickoffs and get rid of this abomination.

Terrible television. It's like like turning on an Indiana Jones movie and seeing a sally struthers commercial showing suffering dogs and begging for money to save them.

This and every time a WR begs for a PI a late flag is thrown. Also bs Neutral Zone penalties that don't look like penalties. REFS take over to much of the game!! Of course there maybe a sinister reason for it.

New kickoff rules are just plain stupid. It percolates throughout the entire game too. Teams get the ball and only have to get two first downs to be in FG range.

Absolutely and I think it happens way too much. It’s like you are down by 20 points in the fourth quarter - and break up a pass and act like you just won the game - settle down. Know the score.
