Thanks for confirming you think strike’s earlier comparison here was bizarre. I agree just not for the same reason. For one, there’s no indication that this guy was actually trying to use his gun.  Of course you stated definitively that he did and have not apologized yet, which you should because we don’t know that.  where I feel the comparison makes sense is in regards to your comment, where you blamed this guy for what happened because he brought a gun.   If anything, the court’s decision on Rittenhouse shows that generally speaking, it might not be a bad idea to bring a gun to a protest in case you need it for self defense.   Again, that is the general statement, there is no indication that this guy tried to use his.
