ICE shooting (murder?) in Minnesota of Alex Pretti

Wrong. He was standing in the street and they had to get him off the road. He was not peacefully protesting on the sidewalk.

Federal agents are pretty highly trained, but yeah insult actual Jewish people and families that died by comparing them to the Gestapo. You had a chance to round them up you didn’t wanna help. Don’t cry like a little girl that things get enforced in the streets when you could’ve picked them up.

If you believe, nothing else, trust me nobody that’s a republican or conservative is worried about a liberal resistance. We’ve seen what happens when you guys resist. Doesn’t go well for you.

These are hired goons with little in the way of screening and 47 hours of training.

Dog catchers have 80.

He was trying to help a woman up when he got tackled.

He was licensed to carry a gun.

Standing in the street moments earlier with a cell phone doesn't justify deadly force.

Admit Ashli Babbitt had it coming.

Not true at all. These riots show and prove that Liberals do not want peace. They want violence.

The one ICE dude waddling down the street as the fight is happening did not pass any type of physical test.

DEI hires going on here, dude has to weigh close to 300 lbs.

Ah that could be it.  Which might still get them off the hook.   Is pistol whipping proper protocol?

No, cops aren't
allowed to pistol whip in general, as it's considered excessive force unless an officer reasonably believes it's necessary to prevent imminent death or serious harm, aligning with the "objectively reasonable" standard from Graham v. Connor, but policies vary, requiring force only when no safer, effective alternatives exist, and the specific act of using a gun as a blunt object (pistol whipping) often goes beyond "reasonable" unless it's a life-or-death situation, not just for control.

They had him on the ground and under control, so pistol whipping is not justified here, nor is shooting him multiple times.

You posted some diatribe about local agents being blocked out. Yeah. Minnesota has instructed their officers not to assist then you don’t get to come in and assist with investigations. It goes to the federal level. Don’t complain when your leaders are instructed them not to help.

Right but four hours ago he was denigrating ICE without much information.  He did know the "victim" had a gun though which he failed to mention.  If he truly wanted to deescalate and keep his community safe he'd tell people to be calm until more info is known.  Why are you such a troll?

Tell us again about your scholarly constitutional knowledge while our federal government runs roughshod over so much of it.

You have provided no evidence for any of these claims.  Please do from something other than a DHS statement who has 100% confirmed to have been caught lying on numerous occasions, or STFU.

Yeah, you tried that with your poet that took a bullet and then it turned out that was wrong too. Guy was highly trained.  You can keep going down that road, but it’s moronic.

Yeah, I think you’re gonna watch that helping the woman narrative change here in a second… that didn’t look like help.

No, but you’re still starting to put yourself in jeopardy because you’re obstructing federal agents. You start fighting them after they have to shove you out of the road to get their vehicles by? You’re just asking for it.

I mean, you seem really bold and tough. Why don’t you go do that? Because you know deep down it’s completely stupid to do.

Could have something to do with constitutional rights of some of their US citizen agents being violated by DHS

Including the shooting and possible murder of a Minnesota citizen? I would think that the state has the jurisdiction to investigate this.

Did he comply? No you can’t even with a dumb liberal twisted narrative can even say that.

Sure he appeared to have resisted arrest a bit, but we don’t know what he was being arrested for.   IANAL but he could have an argument if he wasn’t doing anything illegal before that.

Oh, by all means tell me which case he was out protesting in the street? But thank you for admitting if there’s something liberals find.”unconstitutional” they are allowed unlimited recourse towards random federal agents, including and up to taking vehicles and aiming them at them, throwing rocks through their windows, or biting off their fingers.

We already know because of how many times you guys have tried to kill our candidate, but there’s no level of low. You guys will go with violence if your side isn’t winning. We know

It is 100% confirmed factual that DHS has been caught lying on numerous occasions.  I’m gonna need more than their word on this one.  This is America though and you are welcome to be a sheep if you’d like.

Not when the federal’s are involved.

Some of the protestors are protesting legitimate ICE actions. At this point I’d guess most sre protesting ICE’s unconstitutional and illegal tactics.

Who cares? I'm more concerned for the businesses and normal people of Minnesota. They have to deal with violent Liberal riots everytime something happens.

I doubt from a legal standpoint it works that way...that Minnesota forfeited their right to investigate the shooting of one of their citizens.

I’d have a hard time believing that a local investigation is going to somehow trump a federal one.
Don’t we see that cliché all the time in movies? Local yokel cop wants to handle the investigation and then complains that the feds are there and they take over.

They seem to be in over their heads.

Video evidence that does not support many of your claims.  “He was standing in the street” and then was struggling as they arrested him is basically the only of your claims there is evidence of.

There is evidence he was filming and did not appear to have anything in his other hand.

There is evidence a DHS agent pushed him, and there is no evidence I’ve seen of him touching the agent first.

There is no evidence he was reaching for the gun.

There is evidence they had 7 guys arresting one guy.

There is evidence the gun was removed from him before he was shot.

There is evidence multiple shots were fired into him after he was motionless

If the state tries to charge him pretty sure his federal immunity will squash that pretty quick.  BUT, I am not 100% sure in that so don't bump this post in 6 months if that's not the case as some form of gotcha.

It not hard to NOT GET SHOT BY ICE.

Kind of like a teenage boy taking an assault rifle into a violent protest and shooting three people.

MAGA has put itself into a corner trying to justify this one.

You can't justify the killing of this guy and Good and not justify the Babbitt killing.

You can't jusify the killing of a man licensed to conceal carrying and support the Second Amendment.

You can't support Rittenhouse openly carrying an assault rifle at a protest and not support this Pretti's right to have a gun.

You can't support the First Amendment and justify deadly force on a guy who only brandished a cell phone.

You can't claim that that Pretti and Good were threatening agents and say Babbitt wasn't threatening officers and defying their orders.

They can also wait a few years and hope Dems win in 2028.   So far this looks like it could be a stronger case than the poet.  And also pretty sure pardons would only be for federal

If he has immunity a new President can't revoke it so if immunity covers him for state charges that is forever.
