They're cooked up and mixed with primarily lard and garlic and jalapenos and onion and hot sauce and shredded cheese? U dip. with little pointed chips usually but round chips are fine too and then cover all of that with shredded cheese and this Moroccan sauce made of roasted tomatoes,onions and peppers. It's really good. Alternatively, you can spread it on what looks like a Mexican pita bread and cover it with ground beef and cheese and sauce. Either way, it's some of the best hummus I've ever had.
