I kind of feel like they should've given him another year or two. His strategy was to stockpile draft picks, build a decent team, and then add a QB. That's a good plan, long term, but it's not going to look good at first. Was this not discussed during the hiring process?

 

He gets crap for not drafting Watson and Wentz, but who knows how they would be on that crap team? Maybe Watson would probably still be good, who knows.
