A few of the Pats fans on this board are maybe too dumb to shut up.

I think you are taking a lot if too seriously. By now, you should know what to listen to and what not too.

 

Most of my posts are fairly honest (I admit that I will go little overboard on occasion when the blind haters make dumb statements about the Pats). When I think the Patriots are great, I really believe it (at that time). When I think they stink at something, I admit it. I have never lied about my opinion of their defense (over-rated) and I never lie of my overall opinion of Brady being an all time great. I really beleive both.

 

Do I think the Patriots will win it all? I don't know. I sure don't feel as confident about them as I did a week or two ago, but I have to remind myself that this last game is one game and there is still a lot of football to go. But to say they will DEFINITELY win it all or they have NO SHOT, is just plain dumb.

 

I know some of the Pats fans can get ridiculous, but there is at least an equal amount of Pats haters who say dumber stuff (probably more). If Brady rescued 10 orhans from a burning building, some of you would say Manning would have rescued 11.

Pats just got teeth kicked in and are not in the same league as Saints right now. Pats looked dam good against the Colts until their 4th quarter collapse. I think they are still better than the Colts but not Saints.

 

I still think their chances of getting to the Super Bowl are still OK. But as we have seen the Pats are not as good on the road as they are at home. And the AFC is going to have to go through INDY to get to the Super Bowl. I am just glad the Pats are not in the NFC because the Saints and Vikings are both indoor teams with home field. If the Colts get upset and somehow the Pats make it to AFC championship than i really like their chances but right now it does not look good.

Birdbrain is a unique poster. Sometimes I want to backhand him and other times I feel bad for him. Sometimes he reminds me of Psycho-Alias and sometimes I think "hes a good guy".

 

Also, I get the feeling as a kid, he was the boy who would poke the bee hive with a stick and keep doing it until he got stung. Then cry to mommy and swear he would never do it again. Then a week or two later he was right back at the bee hive poking it with a stick.

I'm a good dude, I got plenty of friends and family who love me. I have a lot of love in my life. That's the truth. I'm not uncomfortable saying that about myself, I'm not going out on a limb.

Red Todd is correct. The amounts of Pats bashers on here that make ridiculous statments is 20 times higher than Pats fans that are over the top.

 

I am pretty much the most over the top Pats fan here and I've just done a power ranking that had us listed at 4. I posted a new topic that said we were outclassed and listed our many weaknesses. But the Pats haters actually expect that I will come on here and post that we are all done and won't win again. I'll post that after we are all done. Not 5 weeks before the playoffs even begin.

I don't hate pats fans are anything, but there's 5 Pats/Saints related threads on the first page, and Johnny Gracious Loser Pats Fan needs to come in and create a new thread talking about how the Saints deserved to win and offering his personal congratulations like Saints fans care about the personal acknowledgement that the Pats were beaten and the Saints played better. No one cares about some Pats fan's congratulations. It sure as hell doesn't need a new thread. If you want to congratulate Saints fans just go do it in the game thread or whatever, but then of course no one would see how awesomely gracious you are being.
