ABBOTT AND COSTELLO’S ‘WHO’S BEEN VACCINATED?’ Bud: ‘You can’t come in here!’ Lou: ‘Why not?’ Bud: ‘Well because you’re unvaccinated.’ Lou: ‘But I’m not sick.’ Bud: ‘It doesn’t matter.’ Lou: ‘Well, why does that guy get to go in?’ Bud: ‘Because he’s vaccinated.’ Lou: ‘But he’s sick!’ Bud: ‘It’s alright. Everyone in here is vaccinated.’ Lou: ‘Wait a minute. Are you saying everyone in there is vaccinated?’ Bud: ‘Yes.’ Lou: ‘So then why can’t I go in there if everyone is vaccinated?’ Bud: ‘Because you’ll make them sick.’ Lou: ‘How will I make them sick if I’m NOT sick and they’re vaccinated.’ Bud: ‘Because you’re unvaccinated.’ Lou: ‘But they’re vaccinated.’ Bud: ‘But they can still get sick.’ Lou: ‘So what the heck does the vaccine do?’ Bud: ‘It vaccinates.’ Lou: ‘So vaccinated people can’t spread covid?’ Bud: ‘Oh no. They can spread covid just as easily as an unvaccinated person.’ Lou: ‘I don’t even know what I’m saying anymore. Look. I’m not sick. Bud: ‘Ok.’ Lou: ‘And the guy you let in IS sick.’ Bud: ‘That’s right.’ Lou: ‘And everybody in there can still get sick even though they’re vaccinated.’ Bud: ‘Certainly.’ Lou: ‘So why can’t I go in again?’ Bud: ‘Because you’re unvaccinated.’ Lou: ‘I’m not asking who’s vaccinated or not!’ Bud: ‘I’m just telling you how it is.’ Lou: ‘Nevermind. I’ll just put on my mask.’ Bud: ‘That’s fine.’ Lou: ‘Now I can go in?’ Bud: ‘Absolutely not?’ Lou: ‘But I have a mask!’ Bud: ‘Doesn’t matter.’ Lou: ‘I was able to come in here yesterday with a mask.’ Bud: ‘I know.’ Lou: So why can’t I come in here today with a mask? ….If you say ‘because I’m unvaccinated’ again, I’ll break your arm.’ Bud: ‘Take it easy buddy.’ Lou: ‘So the mask is no good anymore.’ Bud: ‘No, it’s still good.’ Lou: ‘But I can’t come in?’ Bud: ‘Correct.’ Lou: ‘Why not?’ Bud: ‘Because you’re unvaccinated.’ Lou: ‘But the mask prevents the germs from getting out.’ Bud: ‘Yes, but people can still catch your germs.’ Lou: ‘But they’re all vaccinated.’ Bud: ‘Yes, but they can still get sick.’ Lou: ‘But I’m not sick!!’ Bud: ‘You can still get them sick.’ Lou: ‘So then masks don’t work!’ Bud: ‘Masks work quite well.’ Lou: ‘So how in the heck can I get vaccinated people sick if I’m not sick and masks work?’ Bud: ‘Third base.’ And...scene...

I mean, unless you're into masonry, how many people are really going to buy brick and mortar? They're really big market for that? And the shipping must be hella expensive. I think Home Depot has a better idea. Sure, they sell bricks-and-mortar. But a lot of other stuff too. These Amazon guys seem kind of dumb.

Look, I understand concerns about the vaccine: long term impacts, effect on children, possible role in the generation of more serious variants, etc. But as for the efficacy in reducing cases and severity of what we have today, it works pretty well, and every time you post stuff like this it bothers me that you just don't understand how the math works. Others have tried to explain it, let me try a different way. Say 100% of Israel were vaccinated. You could then come and post, quite accurately I might add, that 100% of the cases in Israeli hospitals are vaccinated people!!! The vax is causing Covid, get rid of it and it all goes away!!! I don't know if it helps you to see the problem with your analysis.

If Biden had pulled out in even a semi competent way, he'd get nothing but praise from me. Get the Americans out. Remove or destroy the weapons. Remove or kill the nasty prisoners. Had he done all that, I'd give him nothing but credit for getting us out of that fools errand. But he didn't. He focked it up as badly as possible.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that these stores, much like their whole foods stores, won't be located anywhere near black parts of town.

Just read that our Senator has Covid. Which is fantastic. Because I'm pretty sure Governor has AIDS. Great, now I'm going to have to wear a mask and a condom to work.

That "infrastructure bill" is a complete mess of pork and terrible policy. MY favorite part of the bill is because I mine crypto which makes me a broker. The whole thing is focking retarded and like the patriot act, we will pay for it for years to come. And you better believe that new green deal bullsh1t is in there too. "Hastened the vaccine rollout" - Straight up lie. We had shortages months after he took office because he totally focked up the supply logistics. He then ordered more than the population of the US. "Mean tweets / he's a bully/ He's not nice to people destroying this country" what are you 12? It's pretty easy to avoid Trump, but like everyone with TDS you can't get enough of your daddy.

His bi-partisan infrastructure bill is pretty great, the greatest of its kind since The New Deal. Also, he hastened the vaccine rollout after Trump dropped the ball. And he doesn't spend all day engaged in narcissistic behavior, being vindictive toward as his opponents and churning out an endless stream of whackadoodle insanity on social media. It has been lovely to not have to hear Trump's annoying voice or witness whatever crazy sh!t he was doing on a daily basis.

She says she stopped listening to her parents and the whole world opened up for her. With the whole world open to her, she became a high school science teacher.

Little background... I was 15 in high school (August 1990), when my son was born (mother was 17 ). She did have "issues" though. They grew into harder things and she overdosed when our son was only 14 months old. At 16+, I dropped out of high school and got a full-time job working at a grocery store that offered really good benefits. When my son started kindergarten (August 1995 - one week before his 5th birthday), I started reading up to get my G.E.D. At age 21, I finally got my G.E.D. and started looking into college. Not sure what to do, I just took the basic classes (English 101, Math 101 - that kind of thing), to get by (at the local county college). Just 1 or 2 classes a semester (sometime none), pending on what I could afford. When my son was in 3rd grade, they had a "Career Day". It happened to be on a day I had off, so I took him to school and stayed. One of the mom's there was a nurse/nutritionist. I thought it was really interesting. I then started looking into that field as career choice. It lead me to Physical Therapy. Being a single dad, working 45-50 hours a week... without the online option that is available today, it took me 9 years to get my degree. In May 2007, I graduated from college with a bachelors degree in Exercise Science (bachelors program that is needed to enter the doctoral program to become a Licensed Physical Therapist)... one month later, my son graduated from high school. We both worked for a year... I, still at the grocery store, and he at the department store he got when he was 16. We both qualified for grant money as well as both of us getting a few dollars in scholarship money, I only needed to get college loans for about $12k per year (total), for both us. I went part-time, he went full-time, and both of us graduated from the same college in 2012... me with my Physical Therapy degree and he, a BA in Marketing. After being a Physical Therapist for 2 years, I got my teaching certification and now I'm both a Physical Therapist, working with a major heathcare company. My hours vary as I don't have a M-F/8-5 schedule. I do work on Saturday's and Sunday's. I also teach 3 to 4 classes at the local high school, pending on the day. I don't just teach "Health". It's an elective kids can take, in lieu of their Health class. I teach them how their body actually works and how to take care of it. Essentially, I'm their anatomy, nutrition, exercise, and weight training teacher, all in one. Lesson #1 - What is the foundation of a healthy body? No one ever guesses right. Not students. Not teachers. Not parents. None ever guess what it is. Ok. I won't keep you in suspense. I'll tell you. It's healthy teeth. Yup. I'm not kidding. Healthy teeth is the first step and foundation of a healthy body. Think about it... how does food get into your body?
