Looseafir 3 Posted April 29, 2006 probably a smokescreen, but killer is reporting friday night the top of the lions draft board goes hawk, sims, huff--in that order  I would love that one of the QB are there and trade with Minn for there 1st and 1 of there 2nd and one of there 3rds. Portis26 0 Posted April 29, 2006 Huff or Bunkley would be my thoughts for the Lions. Â They need interior d line man -- Big Daddy isn't cutting it anymore
Mack 1 6 Posted April 29, 2006 ...the lions draft board goes hawk, sims, huff--in that order  Sims? This guy has had, what, five concussions during his college career? To me, that would be more of a concern than if he were coming off an ankle or knee injury. At least time can heal those wounds; having a few marbles rolling around upstairs, however, is another story altogether.  It's the Lions, though; it shouldn't make sense. Ilov80s 0 Posted April 29, 2006 Huff or Bunkley would be my thoughts for the Lions. They need interior d line man -- Big Daddy isn't cutting it anymore  Wilkinson had a great year, but he is about done. Bunkley and Rogers could be a great combo.
swamp dog 0 Posted April 29, 2006 Huff or Bunkley would be my thoughts for the Lions. They need interior d line man -- Big Daddy isn't cutting it anymore  they also have shaun cody, a high 2nd-round pick last year who is very promising.
Looseafir 3 Posted April 29, 2006 Huff or Bunkley would be my thoughts for the Lions. They need interior d line man -- Big Daddy isn't cutting it anymore  Huff or Justice more need. But still would like to trade down,
coryjagfan28 0 Posted April 29, 2006 they also have shaun cody, a high 2nd-round pick last year who is very promising. Â I agree. Cody showed some nice bullrushes last year. Work on his technique more, instead of just relying on "full steam ahead", he and Rogers would make a nice interior for a long time. Â I would take Justice in a heartbeat. Wish we had enough firepower to move up for Ferguson. Â Drafting an Olineman is boring for draft coverage, but I dont think there is anything they need more badly
swirvenirvin 25 Posted April 29, 2006 Do you think someone would kill Millen if he drafted a QB in the 1st

Image the trade offers we would get.
EAwer 1 Posted April 29, 2006 my (realistic) board for us right now is pretty obv 1)hawk 2)huff 3)trade down 4)Bunkley 5)Justice  I will be pissed if we draft a QB, hopefully Rod would kill Millen before he did that
Walter34 3 Posted April 29, 2006 I would say Justice then Huff would be the wise choices.  my (realistic) board for us right now is pretty obv1)hawk 2)huff 3)trade down 4)Bunkley 5)Justice  I will be pissed if we draft a QB, hopefully Rod would kill Millen before he did that  Kitna is not a long term solution, but I would wait to see what McCown has. A qb isnt out of the question though.

swamp dog 0 Posted April 29, 2006 No one is talking about Shaun King either so there is a reason. Â i'm not saying orlovsky is going to be good--we don't know. hence, my point: let's see what he's got. Â king is king: his pluses and minuses are pretty much known. pipeman 16 Posted April 29, 2006 Something tells me Huff goes off the board to Oakland, and the Lion's choice to trade down becomes easier. What would Denver have to come up with to trade up?
Looseafir 3 Posted April 29, 2006 Something tells me Huff goes off the board to Oakland, and the Lion's choice to trade down becomes easier. What would Denver have to come up with to trade up? Â I keep saying Vikings. They have 2-2nds an 2 3rds. We trade down to 17 and get a 2 and a 3.
Ilov80s 0 Posted April 29, 2006 If the Lions would of lost to the Saints they would of had the #2 pick and Reggie Bush would of been the perfect fit for Martz's offense
Cdub100 3,428 Posted April 29, 2006 Huff or Bunkley would be my thoughts for the Lions. They need interior d line man -- Big Daddy isn't cutting it anymore  Shawn Rogers said he should of made the probowl instead of him. So you have no idea what you're talking about
Staubach the Great 0 Posted April 29, 2006 Take Leinart. New coach, and too much potential to pass up. Lions have the next best need at QB.
Looseafir 3 Posted April 29, 2006 If the Lions would of lost to the Saints they would of had the #2 pick and Reggie Bush would of been the perfect fit for Martz's offense  Yes I posted it a few post back already.  Shawn Rogers said he should of made the probowl instead of him. So you have no idea what you're talking about  And we also have S Cody. LB, S and OL are bigger needs than QB or DL.

Walter34 3 Posted April 29, 2006 sims or qb or justice? Â Not the best scenario, though I think oline would be a boring pick, but the best one.

swamp dog 0 Posted April 29, 2006 Lienhart? Â i would seriously have to consider...after years attempting to back them on this board...make the lions dead to me if that happened.
Looseafir 3 Posted April 29, 2006 stupid OAKLANDWTF you have NO QB Â They drafted Walters last year and have A Brooks. I think they will take one in the 2nd, there secondary was the worst in the NFL.
