Indiana Jones 0 Posted October 17, 2006 3rd quarter just started. Who thinks the Bears still win this game?
Savage Beast 1 Posted October 17, 2006 I don't reallyh know what you are trying to say. I realize this...my only point is that they hadn't beaten anyone yet and they don't deserve to be on the pedestal that they are on. Until somebody knocks them off of the pedestal, why don't they deserve to be on it? Any unbeaten team in any sport is always compared to past great teams by the media. This season's Bears so far have fit the bill.
muzz 0 Posted October 17, 2006 I love the fact that the cards are smacking the snot outta the bears, I HATE the fact that after they got up 14-0 their OC turned into a fockin moron!! They should be leading 30-0 They had'm in mad backpedal mode, and took their foot off the throttle, if they lose, I blame it on the OC. GO CARDS!!
Mackgee 0 Posted October 17, 2006 Good Arizona D in the Redzone. That was critical
BMoney 0 Posted October 17, 2006 do you even watch college football? I DO! I DO!! ill take this one... leinart is a great qb..like eli and rivers..hes ahead of the learning curve...hes going to be a good one..hes a main reason why i bet my friend and took the cards when he gave me 10 points lol..are u serious? but to compare...leinart had all of the stars at usc... cutler played at vandy..can you name 2 other commodore players? and all he did was win there..at least a lot more than any other vandy qb has...cutler IS the real deal and i hate the broncos and am glad that they are holding jay out..when he gets in, he will have instant success also... thegame 8 Posted October 17, 2006 You got balls my friend making that pick. Kudos to you. I'll be checking to see if all the people that bashed you will nut up and post on this thread. It amazes me how many so called football fans forget the truest phrase in football: "On any given Sunday (or Monday)" then bash the crap out of a guy for making a bold pick and accuse him for everything from being on drugs to seeking attention on a friggen fantasy football message board. Any unbeaten team in any sport is always compared to past great teams by the media. This season's Bears so far have fit the bill. If you really think that they were the best team...than you are right. All I am simply saying is that I did not think they were...and think it is funny how the media always blow things like this out of proportion. I did not hear one person (in the media) bringing up the fact that they had not beaten anyone., That is all I am saying...I am not arguing with you on whether or not a good team should be on a pedestal...I am arguing on the validity of their wins. It is that simple.

JuggaJoe 0 Posted October 17, 2006 Matt Lienart will show whay he should have been a top five pick. Final score Arizona 20 Chicago 13.Also Grossman comes off of his early season high and has a bad game. 3 points off the oracle pick of the year, still a gutsy call though. Little Big Head 6 Posted October 17, 2006 Rackers and Boldin - value is through the roof!!! Leinart is making a pretty good case for himself too. No more splinters on fantasy benches
Gepetto 1,368 Posted October 17, 2006 WTF? Unless the Cardinals right tackle is blind in his right eye, that dude should be or cut.
Mackgee 0 Posted October 17, 2006 Well the Oline just made a huge mistake, however 15 minutes and 2 seconds left.
DBZFan2K 0 Posted October 17, 2006 I never read this thread or posted on it till now, but nice call thus far. Here is the deal, Arizona is probably stoked to be up by 20, Dennis Green has allowed his teams to relax with a nice lead before. Right about now, Lovie is chewing a new A$$ Hole into his D & Rex Grossman is screaming & yelling. Final prediction Chi 31-20. Again, I never ragged on this guy for sticking his nads out there. I too like to go out on a limb on this board & have taken an ass kicking from other members. I just know Dennis Green will not win this game. If im wrong, oh well.... LOL, you're probably right about Green. Bears are back in this.

jerryskids 6,800 Posted October 17, 2006 I'm an AZ homer so I'd like to think they have a chance. The only positive is that the past four games, the Cards have held some pretty good RBs in check (SA, Jackson, Dunn, LJ). So maybe they hold Jones/Benson in check and keep it close? Even so, they'll find a way to lose. I'm just hoping it is close and interesting. On a side note, I've got Jones going tonight and need him to outscore Boldin by 6. So it is kinda a win-win for me. T Jones 10 rushes, 28 yds. C Benson 1 rush, 4 yds.
DBZFan2K 0 Posted October 17, 2006 Edit - Nevermind, he'll be ruled down by contact

yanko 11 Posted October 17, 2006 The Cardinals can easily win this game if they just stay on defense and keep that Chicago offense off the field.
jerryskids 6,800 Posted October 17, 2006 That was a horrific non-call. His forward progress was clearly stopped.

yanko 11 Posted October 17, 2006 No more bitching from Edge about getting the ball in the 4th quarter. Amazing that he is no better than what Arrington and Shipp was last year. That was such a waste of money.
