Being drawn & quartered has got to be up there. I can't really think of much that could be more disturbing than being strapped down, sliced open from your sternum to your gut and having your internal organs cut out and handed to you while you were still alive.

Animal attack or burning to death. Both would leave you alive for a good long time to really enjoy the entire experience.

Obviously AIDS and cancer are good times, good times. But let's look at some others....

I've always though being locked in a room with nothing, but just enough food to last 3 years. You are bored out of your mind for 3 years, then starve to death.

ALSO@#$!

I think that disemboweling is fantastic. You slowly bleed to death, with your insides spilling out of you.

Bound and eaten by insects. This is painful and slow.

Being buried alive with an endless supply of air. You starve to death while unable to move.

There may be one more.

Drawn and quartered is when ropes are tied to each of your arms and legs. The other end of ropes are tied to 4 horsed. Then, you startle the horses and they take off, tearing you apart.

You are referring to disemboweling.

Chained up, then having all your skin burnt off over the course of hours, then doused with alcohol, then left to starve to death.

Every day you live, though, you are re-burnt and re-doused with alcohol.

Sounds fun.

Drowning. Easily the worst. I'd rather feel pain than anything that helpless or fleeting.

Having someone split your weenus open like a texas tommy and then pour a glass of Ruby Red in it.

I bet that would hurt.

Wow, there are some disturbing ###### on this board these days. While not the worst, drowning has always been a big fear for me.
