Take the French, they never put up much of a fight so they would be very tender, but they do not bathe so I can not eat them. Americans are generally clean but a little to fatty for my taste. Russians? No, the meat will be to tough. India? No they taste like curry and I cant stand curry. So I'll have to go with Japanese. They are fit and clean.
