Romo is snakebit, to be sure, but the Cowboys as a team hold the blame for their December failures. That said, Romo isn't a leader. He may be goofy and like-able as a teammate, but he's too unfocused to ever lead this team anywhere. He needs to assume greater responsibility than his teammates and demonstrate the standard they should try to live up to. He doesn't command that type of following because he remains "just one of the guys". Romo approaches the position with the same intensity and commitment as a kicker. Unless he grows up, the Cowboys are doomed for as long as he's under Center.
