Siouxsie

most underrated guitar player of all-time

Recommended Posts

if you add in popularity, lyrical writing, musical writing and all round musician / emtertainer

then eric clapton is by far, by far the best ever

don't argue! i'm right, damnit

but # 2 in my book is keith richards

but he barely breaks the top 10 in consensus

(what's up with that?)

ok, i love duanne allman's slide

but his career is too short

jimi, the same way

jimmy page? yes, extremely talented songwriter, etc

but for best licks - I go keith richards

and rolling stones are the 2nd best rock'n'roll act of all-time

behind the beatles

and in front of elvis

i'm right, damnit

don't argue

i'm siouxsie .. and you're not

now run along

As usual, the stoopid kunt (siouxsie) knows nothing.

Keith Rchards and Eric Clapton are UNDERRATED?

Did your dumb ass mean to say 'overexposed'?

God damn, but you are dumb.

Here's a couple of guitarists fall under the catagory of underrated:

Jake E Lee

Steve Stevens (Billy Idols guitarist)

And a couple that aren't underrated mainly because most of you have never heard of them:

michael angelo- 1:15 in is when he starts the song...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hb5QaCfm7bg

And my personal favorite, Gustavo Guerra.

Covering Yngwie Malnsteem "Far Beyond The Sun"

He also has some really kick ass original songs, but the below kinda shows his mad guitar skillz :headbanger:

Did I mention that Siouxsie is a dumb ass alias kunt?

Most of those players have been around qquite awhile, but it's nice to see Jack White so high up. Not a blistering type g-player, but has soul and writes good songs no matter the project he is invloved in at the time. Not even sure he belongs but cool to see some (sort of) new blood on this list.

Lindsay Buckinham! Holy Crap!! This is ground breaking!!! Swamp and I agree on something!!!!! :bandana:

Buckingham was the first player who popped into my mind.

I would name Eric Clapton as the most OVERRATED guitarist of all time.

I haven't heard a single thing he's ever done that I found impressive.

I had second-row seats to one of his shows, and I was  early on.

Boring, boring, boring.

I no nothing about being a muscian, zilch. But EVH #70 - wow. :shocking:

One of my own personal favorites who I never see get any credit - I don't know, maybe he sucks. But Dave Sharp of the Alarm was pretty damn good I thought.
