Theyre insecure 2. Theyre with the superficial male that prefers this, he wants to seem a helluva lot cooler than he actually is 3. I've had medium boobs which were great cause again, the chicks were thin and tight, and I've had larger boobs, but they were fake. Point is that all the cans were really really nice, so I guess I don't have a preference. Fake boobs have a slight advantage in the fact that just cause the chick is tiny doesn't mean that she is stuck with tiny boobs. As long as the boob job is done right, they will look great.
