But if your work just exposed the President as a fraud, I'd think you'd maybe hold out for a sweet book deal. Dude's not even gonna be able to sign any of his copies. You mean you're gonna get the word out much more efficiently by creating an ebook and charging $9.99 for it on amazon than creating a website that offers the findings for free? You would have had 10x the amount of readers if they just posted this info on a website....but they want your money. He is the grand imperial czar of Maricopa Country, AZ, which is basically the metro Phoenix area and surrounding unincorporated wasted desert. The whackier he gets, the more people here vote for him. He treats laws and constitutions more like suggestions, which he follows or doesn't at his whim. He could cut his mother up with a chain saw and eat her on national TV, and still get 90% of the votes. I'm usually proud of our elected officials, except for a string of governors who all got arrested. McCain and Kyl are among the best US senators around. Jeff Flake will probably replace Kyl this year, and he should do us proud. I like to think that our collective obsession with Arpaiao is like Lisa Simpson watching the Itchy and Scratchy show -- largely out of character, and perhaps giving us an outlet to express all of our collective whackiness in one fell swoop. Well yeah, that and he's also under federal investigation himself PHOENIX — America's self-proclaimed toughest sheriff finds himself entangled these days in his own thorny legal troubles: a federal grand jury probe over alleged abuse of power, Justice Department accusations of racial profiling and mistreatment of Hispanics and revelations that his department didn't adequately investigate hundreds of Arizona sex-crime cases. Yet of all the people who have scrutinized the matter to the nth degree the only one who comes up with 'credible evidence' that the birth certificate is fake is the guy who just happens to be under federal investigation. Have you seen any poll regarding Flake vs. Cardon? Flake is one of the few Rs I'd happily vote for, but Cardon would be a disaster.
