WR Guru 31 Posted September 6, 2013 How bent are Decker owners right now that Manning is having a night like this and nearly zilch for Decker (although he did drop an easy TD).
Frozenbeernuts 2,239 Posted September 6, 2013 Peyton has 64 in my 6pt all TD league. Same owner has Welker with 25; and he had the consensus worst draft of the league. lol. I said it before. When you think a guy has the worst draft, all of a sudden that team is surprising everyone.

Just a forgettable night for Decker. Dropped an easy TD, dropped another pass, fumbled a ball..... It's one of those games where you just look at your crappy performance, be glad you won and move onto next week.

Filthy Fernadez 2,696 Posted September 6, 2013 Just read what the Ravens were getting patted down for: "Officials were making sure no player applied anything to their uniform that would make it harder for an opponent to make a tackle. It is actually something that happens before every game, but it grabbed the attention of many people watching at home." http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/nbc-camera-catches-officials-patting-down-baltimore-ravens-022047548--nfl.html

He's a spot redzone guy at best. Welker is the main man w demarious and Orange Julius bringing up the rest. Also hillman is a stash/droppable.
Vikings4ever 549 Posted September 6, 2013 46.48 points. Jeebus. Had to check, but it doesn't quite make it the best (fantasy) QB game recently. Vick's 2010 game against the Redskins put up a whopping 49.32 points. 333 passing yards, 4 TDs, 80 rushing yards, 2 rushing TDs. That's my dynasty league's record going back to 03. FeelingMN 273 Posted September 6, 2013 Haven't read the whole thread.......anybody thinking Denver goes undefeated this year? Only a couple teams with a shot at beating them this year.
tanatastic 2,062 Posted September 6, 2013 Haven't read the whole thread.......anybody thinking Denver goes undefeated this year? Only a couple teams with a shot at beating them this year. No chance. But other things are near certainty now. Welker will catch 100, could even be his best season ever. Peyton has to be odds favorite for MVP, he basically wrapped it up tonite. Decker is done, there's just no way he has anything more than a Lance Moore type 4th option season.
JBSteinle 0 Posted September 6, 2013 Wow Manning put up some crazy Madden like numbers tonight! In one of my leagues that we score 6 points for passing TD's Manning got 59 points! Wish I would have drafted him in a league.

Hold your horses there. Denver hardly looked like a world beater in the first half. Baltimore defense was just completely gassed in the second half. First game, hurry-up offense, high altitude... Not that Denver won't be one of the better teams in the league, but I expect this one is a bit of an anomaly.

Just really impressed by them tonight. Their schedule is pretty easy and Peyton seems on a mission. It is pretty silly to forecast wins after one game though. ampheels 3 Posted September 6, 2013 if decker makes those two catches he has 70 yards and a TD and people don't blink, manning also missed him on 2 terrible throws that would have added to his totals..he's still going to get 120+ targets this year and score 7+ td's julius thomas isn't going to get 12 targets/100 yards/2tds in another game this season, those #'s will shift back to the mean and decker will get his...not a fringe WR1 like last year but he's still going to be a serviceable WR3

heavy-set 39 Posted September 6, 2013 this... after all of this talk.. decker still got 7 targets.. decker owners shouldn't be hitting the panic button yet (unless this case of the dropsies continues) agreed. if j.thomas is for real, someone will be the odd man out on a week to week basis. tonight was decker's night. there might be 2 players being the odd man out once denver starts to run the ball

Denver NEVER stopped throwing!

Skinny_Bastard 157 Posted September 6, 2013 Maybe folks are overreacting a bit... This game turned because Harbaugh didn't challenge Welker's reception. The Raven's D was on the field the entire 2nd half and completely gassed.
KSB2424 3,148 Posted September 6, 2013 Maybe folks are overreacting a bit... I agree, Peytons arm didn't look all that bad to me. He never had a cannon like a Rodgers or Flacco. He's always (well the past 4-5 years) been closer to a Matt Ryan or Tom Brady ball speed.
