Big Blue 06 196 Posted June 2, 2014 I don't think you're going to feel the same way by the end of the year. I just don't like that he hurt his back and had surgery. I also get the feeling he isn't as dedicated to his profession as other rbs are. I can see him taking a little off his game so he can collect a few more checks and then retire. Admittedly, all if the things you state were in my head when I took foster. However, if he stays healthy (big if, I know), then I think he'll have a very good year. Workhorse backs are getting harder and harder to find, I just felt like I had no choice.

Actually - I have heard he is 100% but who knows -- i just went with the safe pick in round 1. Foster was the 2nd guy I was targeting
The Moz 71 Posted June 2, 2014 What I am still like WTF on is there were IMO 3 no brainer picks to start the draft -- DT,Foster,Lynch I am just hoping 1 falls to me -- here I am 4th to pick and they all are there.
WhiteWonder 2,935 Posted June 2, 2014 i don't think you can call those no brainers. I do think DT was #1 but Foster and Lynch, while workhorses are coming off lots of usage / injury. They carry some risk. As does Julio but i think he is right in the discussion, just as i also thought Brown Jeffery and Murray were.

Lynch is definitely not a no brainer in my book. Foster saying he is 100% does not convince me he actually is. I am actually more worried about how hard is he going to work this year than about his back.

The Moz 71 Posted June 2, 2014 I put some solid advice into your red bull and vodka thread. That was what eneded up helping me -- I took like 4 Klonapin's -- Like a stronger Valium - not quite as strong as Xanax. And I could finally sleep -- I even missed the Hawks game not big loss there though

And I could finally sleep -- I even missed the Hawks game not big loss there though It was still a great game. The damn defense just couldn't clear the traffic in front of the net. Crawford didn't stand a chance on some of those shots.

The Moz 71 Posted June 2, 2014 Frozen -- question man -- why would live all the way in Channahon -- be easier for you just to do what I did a while back when I lived in Lincoln Park and we wanted a house we bought a place in Valpo -- just as close as Channahon , nicer , cheaper (get more for less) , and cheap taxes. I hate Indiana. Taxes are cheaper and houses are cheaper, but the is a reason the taxes are cheaper. They don't plow much or put salt down. There were massive pot holes all over hammond and whiting IN on the way to BP when I was working there. A few guys I knew wrecked their rims. It took weeks for the big ones to get filled. The wifes family lives in Gurnee so we would prob end up even farther from them, which I doubt she would want to do. IN work would be easier to travel to but work out my way would take forever to get to since 597's territory is so big.

Big Blue 06 196 Posted June 3, 2014 Does the banana fvcker understand the concept of back to back picks? There are still plenty of viable TEs on the board, after all. They're not gonna draft themselves!
Frozenbeernuts 2,343 Posted June 3, 2014 I am going to say no, he does not understand the concept of back to backers. Which are usually the fastest 2 picks in the draft since the same person owns both picks. Maybe we should tell him.
