Spermoff-First concert you attended

That sounds right. F ing hillbilly.

What was it like in boot camp using a tooth brush cleaning the latrine floors on all fours with your ass in the air with another jarhead. Exhilarating I assume.

That was 94, because I went in 93 and it was Primus, Alice in Chains, Tool and some other bands.

I can't come close to playing like Primus, but I can hear.

It only took me a few seconds of listening to this to know Les Claypool was too good to be from Earth.

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers at the Universal Ampitheatre. Awesome concert. Those guys always bring it.

I mentioned it in a thread last week but if you've never seen the 4 hour documentary Runnin' Down A Dream,do so immediately,it's a must watch.

We might have done this before, but I don't care.

J. Geils Band with the Motels opening up at Blossom Music Center, summer 1982.

It was the Freeze Frame Tour, right when the album came out.

Newbie will remember.

And just to clarify for joneo, kuntulu and I are not the same person.

Was still 3/4 original lineup and I love the sone Athena !

They kicked ass with classics. It's ok, don't feel bad you can D/L the MP3 and recreate history. (All jokes aside they did record those shows for a live Album)

Crazy that '83 was their "farewell" tour and here they are playing their 50th anerversary tour in 2015 (32 years later)

I almost just replied the same thing I did 10 years ago (minus the mp3 thingy). Good to see I still think like my 46 year old self. Note 2/3 of The Who still playing shows in 2025 - 42 years after their “Final tour”.
