If they played the Giants you could serve finger sandwiches and vials of crack.

Looking at maybe doing a Sunday menu based on the Jags opponent each game day and while some are obvious, others are not so looking for some ideas for the City/teams that I don't really have a feel for what is customary food for that area.

Packers- Brauts/sausage and some cheese heavy sides

Chargers- fish tacos

Ravens- Crab cakes, soft shell crabs

Colts-???????

Bears- Italian beef, deep dish pizza

Raiders- they have some decent bbq in oakland

Titans- Tennessee also has good bbq

Chiefs- Spares/Pulled Pork using Gates rub/sauces

Houston- Smoked Brisket

Lions-?????

Bills- Buffalo Wings

Broncos- colorado has good lamb, but not really known for distinct food (rocky mt oysters)

Vikings- herring

How about some ideas for the GC

Chargers Is pretty easy. Go with Fish tacos. I prefer Deep-fried chunks of white fish. But you could do that and also offer a grilled version as well.

Pork tenderloin is very fragile/lean and would not hold up well to frying much less pounding it out, its meant to be cooked fast at high heat like a good steak.

Not a good meat to beat? You don't beat that meat?

For denver, you can throw a tasty twist at yoir guests And still stay in the game day food Arena.

Colorado Is one of the Leading Producers and Harvesters of bison In the country.Bison Burgers can be Really good As long as you don't Overcook them. I mean literally just show them a picture of the grill And slap them on a bun.

Some people Make bison chili. To me, That's like using Sea salt 2 Salt your pasta water.

Would agree on The fried pork sandwichWould agree on the fried pork sandwich For the colts. Seems to me, it actually is more Of an iowa dish, but the alternative Quintessential food products Is thick sliced grilled balogna sammiches.

Personally, I would class it up a bit. Damn near every NFL executive, coach And/or player Goes to st. Elmo's Whenever they are in Indianapolis.St Elmo's Does great steaks obviously, But the go to item there he is They're absolutely Killer Shrimp Cocktail.

Plus, You would have A great Insider NFL story to tell And I bet you could find a hack for their cocktail sauce Online. And, I hope you like horseradish.

Of course, you could always go the Bloody Mary route And garnish it with Boiled shrimp.

For the bills, obviously wings are the obvious choice.

However, If you want to Be a little less obvious, The third W in BW3 Is WECK.

Weck Is a type of Semi hard roll Characterized by Pretty heavy salting on the top. You stuff it with thin sliced Roast beef That has been sitting in au jus. It's a bit like an Italian beef But the roll is what makes it quintessentially Buffalo. If you couldn't find work, You could always find your favorite Frozen Dinner rolls And apply sea salt 2 To the top of each of them after giving them A light Butter glaze to keep the salt on top. Before baking. Again, you would have a bit of a story to tell.

4 Packers, Google cheese curds. Anybody can get bratwurst anywhere these days, What cheese curds are pretty much uniquely Wisconsin.

why not?

because it is generic, they are not in proximity of squid, and not iconic of the area.

I never heard of cooking the specialty of the other city. It's usually something that suggests killing the other team, like wings if you are playing the Eagles.

As a Cowboys fan, the food was the only thing worth a fock about the games last year. :(

It'll get better Cruzer - hang in there, someday you'll be a great franchise like The New England Patriots!
