As I made clear at the time of the bet, and all along, I never thought Trump stood a chance against Hillary. I took the bet because it was free money, not because it was a result that I wanted.

 

Actually as I sit here, I'm not sure how to send money to nor receive money from the US. I'd suggested he buy me a shark tooth pack from Bill E or I'd send him some nice handcrafted Chinese artwork, we have some nice stonecarvings from around here, the rocks in the nearby mountains yield some pretty decorative stones then the local artists get their hands on them and make nice carving sculptures.

I'd have figured out how to send the money, now I'll have to figure out how to receive it. I'd still rather he sent it to Bill instead so I don't have to bother with it.

I forgot to participate these last two times. This and how many games the Pirates would win. Because of that fiasco when I caught kutulu cheating, he always price as rights me out of spite. I only submit entries at the last minute or through private PM to Bill and lately I've not been doing so.

For how much I think this place is a soul sucking den of evil stupidity, I've been addicted to it for 16 years and it's my primary tie to the US and what could loosely be called friends. I can't quit it and I can't endure a future of being called a welcher either. No, I'd surely figure something out. I likely would be the slowerst to pay up seeing as even as I type this right now, I've no idea how to get him the money if I lose.

 

To be honest, I'd have far more energy to figure out how to pay him seeing as my reputation is on the line. I'll never be that guy who didn't pay. Figuring out how to get money from BLS is much less of a priority. I'd rather convince him to buy and send me some sh*t than pay me so I don't have to bother with looking into it.

BLS consistently checks all the right wing boxes of rural conservative which are politically at odds with the ACLU. Now the United Way, nobody could object to that, it's a much better suggestion for a guy like BLS.

I always thought of neglecting to take BLS up on his bet was the same as walking past a $50 bill lying on the floor.

 

I've not been here offering Hillary any applause for these past two years nor of fearing a Trump victory. Actually, I like and appreciate the neglected issues that Trump is inserting into the Republican Party dialogue for them to actually wrestle with and figure out rather than just pay lip service to. It's just that I saw that Trump comes with too much baggage both personal and from a hostile home party elite, the rival party, and other baggage such as media derision that would doom him. Hillary had logistical advantages, electoral college advantages, and an easier time getting her ducks in a row.

 

For awhile there, Trump did give her a bit more of a scare than I expected but yeah, I don't like Hillary nor fear Trump, mostly I thought of it as easy money which is looking to be how it's playing out.
