RINO, anti-Trumper.

Again, where is the evidence of criminal activity?

I know, I know. Anyone who doesn't overlook Trump's criminal activity, racism, and overall lack of decency, is a anti-Trumper. Even guys who are well-respected and served a lifetime for the country. Thank God this nightmare will be over soon.

It's over. The coup failed.  :dunno:

So Mueller couldn't investigate how the Dems set this all up because how does Trump obstruct being framed?

More will be coming out about Italian govt's involvement. The new P.M. fired his Intel Chiefs a few weeks ago. They were major players in trying to stop Trump/remove him after he won.

Can't wait till Barr and his team uncover the true crimes here committed by Obama, Hillary, and the rest of left. 👍

Dude is losing it. Trump tweets this morning that Russia helped him get elected, but he had nothing to do with it.

...then he runs out to the press and says that never happened. The Russians didn't help him get elected.

We're used to him lying. Were used to him being fact-checked. But damn man, at least wait a couple hours before you admit your own lie.

-------------------

"Russia, Russia, Russia! That’s all you heard at the beginning of this Witch Hunt Hoax...And now Russia has disappeared because I had nothing to do with Russia helping me to get elected. "

----------------------

WASHINGTON — President Trump tweeted on Thursday that Russia helped “me to get elected,” and then quickly retracted the idea.

“No, Russia did not help me get elected,” Mr. Trump told reporters as he departed the White House for Colorado Springs. “I got me elected.” He spoke less than an hour after his Twitter post.

He said if he thought Trump didn't commit any crimes, he would have stated such.  He also said that because of DOJ policy, he couldn't indict Trump. Both statements totally contradict the lies that William Barr sold the Trumpeteers.  That's why Mueller wanted to speak before he retired and walked away from this. It was his report and he wasn't about to let Trump's new fixer spread a false narrative. Sorry that you don't like what Mueller said, or that I'm repeating it.

Again, that's not what Miller said. Your implying he said something that he didn't and trying to confuse it as something he explicitly said.

You're the one that's reading into things, implying that they're true. It's not the job of the prosecutor to prove innocence. Prosecutors don't convict unless they have enough evidence. No evidence, lack of evidence or not enough evidence all results in the same thing: the guilty party is presumed innocent in the eyes of the law.

The only racist around here are liberals and Democrats who think minorities are nothing but votes.

Heck! It was your party that started the KKK, implemented Jim Crow laws and fought for slavery. Don't be calling other people racists.

His hands were tied. He had absolutely zero ability to indict Trump. But you already now that.

The only thing that's changed is that your party has simply replaced the physical plantation with a virtual one.  Not even debatable at this point.

Great read on how the Mueller report was SUPPOSED to go. Barr focked up their plans though.

[quote}If you noticed, Mueller completely inverted the foundation of the American judicial system — that citizens are innocent until proven guilty. Instead, Mueller changed the principle from innocent until proven guilty to guilty until exonerated. Do you see how dangerous this man, the former director of the FBI, is? How many other people have been persecuted and abused by these malefactors at the DoJ? Anyone who watches the lawyer shows on TV knows that prosecutors do not "exonerate" people They either bring charges or not and Mueller did not bring charges. And concerning Mueller shrouding himself in the OLC regulation, there's also a regulation that prohibits prosecutors from smearing people who are not charged with a crime. What about that regulation, Bob?

And finally (I bet you are glad to read that if you have made it this far), Mueller didn't "hand this over to Congress" or "provide a roadmap" or "refer this to Congress" for impeachment. Mueller answers to Barr, not Congress.[/quote]

Under normal circumstances, Mueller would 'answer to Barr'. And that's the way it should be and always has been. But Mueller put two years into this report and watched Barr take over Cohen's job as Trump's personal protector and wasn't about to let the citizens of the country have the wool pulled over its eyes. As his last heroic act before retiring, Mueller decided to set the record straight about his findings and give Barr a resounding middle finger on his way out. A true American hero.

too funny, Trump gets fact-checked on his little tantrum this morning. Literally every sentence was a provable lie. Literally. Mr. President? Did you know that Robert Mueller had already exceeded the term limit for FBI director? In fact exceeded it by 20% by virtually unanimous consent? And you said he was begging for a job? Of course you didn't. Cuz you're an idiot. And even your own staff has completely rejected that. Even Steve Bannon rejected that as ridiculous. And if you'll actually read the Mueller report? Or anything more than a hundred characters? You would have known that.

Not that even you  retards will actually read anything that makes your panties twist. But even Fox had to fact-check Trump on his tantrum.

Dude lost it last week with Pelosi. Now he contradicts his own Twitter lies literally less than an hour later. Dude is losing it. It's going to be fun watching him just lose his s***.

Like I said many times before. I don't care if he's impeached. It's just going to be fun watching him fail miserably the rest of his life. He's not only f*** himself, but he has f***** his children for generations to come. New York is going to bury him.

Still better than Hillary.

Anyway, he's been putting in a Herculean effort against a hostile press, opposing party, his own party, entrenched bureaucracy, etc.  You?  Two people call you nuts and you break down.  Go for a walk and get some fresh air.

As set forth in our report, after that investigation, if we had confidence that the President clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said that.

Looks like he said exactly that....

It's not the job of a prosecutor to prove innocence.  Liberals and the American left have change our rules of law.  We've gone from presumption of innocence to now guilty until exonerated.

Just like those socialist dictators you guys love!

I made no claim about the job of the "Special Counsel"(not prosecutor), I simply showed that he stated what The Observer asserted. From your response doesn't look like you want to address that though.

So Mueller's office is agreeing with Barr that he told Barr and Rosenstein that he would not recommend charging Trump on obstruction regardless of OLC policy?

Yes.
