"Oppressed" folks can just decide to pump out a throwaway kid in the hopes that they hit the jackpot when the poor misguided fatherless kid leads a Thug's Life and earns the inevitable Thug's Death.  As long as he dies at the hand of whitey, though.  No big money payoff if he gets killed via the statistically more likely black on black crime.
