Is your training an actual meeting (in person or zoom) with someone preaching to you? 

The web based course I had to take was surprisingly non-whitey bashing.  It didn't make any mention of anyone being oppressed or even talking about bias from being a RACISS.

The one example exercise where you had to identify statements to fit a feel good acronym actually made it about bias between a young engineer being a d1ck to an old timer.
