Cdub100 3,380 Posted April 11, 2021 Okay, I talked to the Slavs next door and he said it isn't an eastern European thing he thinks it Mexican. Anyway here is how it's done. Get a pork belly Get a big pot and put a half-inch to inch of water (depends on how big the pieces of bacon are cut) boil and flip until you get the doneness you want. The slav liked them crispy.
