Obviously, his mistake was doing it in Texas.  Do it in a lib state, in a public restroom, after declaring yourself trans, and there would have been no problem.

I believe in cases like this, they don't state the kids age if they're under the age of consent.  In Texas, it's 17... so the kid is 16 or I under I'd imagine.
