People who think that a few arrests for voter fraud shows it wasn’t a bigger issue must think that when a few kilos of coke get confiscated at the border that there aren’t thousands of kilos still getting in. People could just be stupid. 2 of the women sound like they weren't doing anything illegal but more trying to be proactive in obtaining ballots for people they work with and they ended up not needing them. Not everything is some large conspiracy.
