The least transparent administration in US history has given the hint that ukraine has lost. Who actually thought they ever had a chance? It was just an opportunity for a money laundering operation. Now it's run it's course. Hopefully this ends up with zelensky in a box.

I still don't get why the US is spending so much to keep the war alive. I 100% know that if Trump were in office that stupid war would not have even happened.

This is almost the exact opposite of the truth. He was able to assess Trump’s weaknesses, and he was greatly helped by Trump’s fawning subservience. But before and after Trump Putin completely failed in assessing Obama, Clinton, the German leadership, and most of all Joe Biden. Biden is the main reason NATO is now strengthened and Russia is isolated. Putin badly misjudged Biden’s strength, leadership and moral character.
