Trump finally says how he would end the war in one day…and it’s as dumb as you’d expect:

That might work, but it probably would only be a short term solution.

The only return on investment for the US is that Russia knows not to get froggy anymore. That has already been accomplished to an extent, but pulling support for Ukraine signals that the US doesn't hold resolve to see these actions through.

Democrat are so dumb. Weapons aren't go to make a damn bit of difference. They don't have the manpower to go toe to toe with the Russian Military. Putin can rotate thousands of fresh infantry soldiers every month to sustain a 50 year war. Unless this ends peacefully soon, they'll be nothing left of the Ukraine to fight for.

I think the war in Ukraine is going about as well as it could possibly be going. Biden, State Dept and most importantly Ukraine have done well here.

We either from the beginning do nothings and allow Russia to roll through Ukraine, let NATO go to shet. In this case every hater would be melting down about how weak we are. 

Or we incrementally help them and in the meantime strengthen NATO. In this case we get the war monger memes. 

A nice little loop created there.

Real life isn’t usually cut and dry and reasonable people should be able to acknowledge this.

to me Trump is trying to echo Reagan in how the Iran hostage crisis ended almost immediately after Reagan took office.  i mean yes Trump sure as hell can end the war by telling Zelensky that all the money, arms, training and ammo supplies will 100% stop unless Zelensky concedes defeat.  Trump can do that in one day.
