My only stance is that if the people prefer to fight and die then they should not be put down for having the desire to do that.

But they shouldn't be held against their will from fleeing the country. 

In the US this would be a should there be a draft or not discussion. 

And in no way is Ukraine an innocent country in all this.

No the threat to join nato came beforehand. The problem is Ukraine gave up their nukes (dumb move) and the US promised to protect them and Ukraine said they wouldn't join Nato. Fast forward a couple of decades and parts of Ukraine want to rejoin with Ruissa. Ukraine is talking about joining Nato. And the Us isn't protecting them. It's a complete sh1t show TBH

Okay I read up on it.  I didn't see where it said buildings being destroyed was an advantage.  It appears the Soviets we're getting their ass kicked until they were able to cut off German supply lines and still almost lost the battle.

How is making an agreement to group countries together (NATO & Ukraine) justification for full blown invasion?  It's not and I think you agree.  If Russia didn't have Nuclear weapons I think we would be involved militarily already.
