as long as they are on public property not much I can do

I have the right to refuse service though as a private business for any reason

The first amendment itself isn’t without limitations.  The whole “shouting FIRE in a crowded theatre” analogy, or standing in front of a elementary school naked.  Those are not protected forms of expression.

I don’t think anyone with half a brain thought Twitter was just going to be a complete “Anything Goes” platform without any rules whatsoever.

What Elon and most people want are the “rules” to be fair and transparent.  With less politicized, policing of thought.
