What cities actually “defunded” the Police by any significant amount?  Even Seattle reduced their police budget by less than 1%

In Philadelphia in 2019 there were 356 murders. In 2020, 499. In 2021 there 562.  Negligible.

Let it be known that I am not the one that brought up Covid in this thread.

But this is dumb.  0.3% death rate = 1 million deaths, so not quite an outlier.  Not to mention when the country was shut down we didn’t even really know what the death rate was.
