Even if it makes you look the fool. Quote Questions like these, which do not require or expect an answer, are called rhetorical questions. Because they are questions in form only, rhetorical questions may be written without question marks. One-word questions within sentences do not ordinarily take question marks either. I never use question marks because it signals that I don't really what to hear your answer. It helps idiots like you who have trouble with context. From your link, they aren't claiming"classified" documents, they are "national defense information". That way they get around the inconvenient possibility that Trump could have declassified them. Quote Unbeknownst to him, the feds had anticipated such a defense and are not preparing to indict him for possessing classified materials, even though he did possess hundreds of voluntarily surrendered materials marked “top secret.” It is irrelevant if the documents were declassified, as the feds will charge crimes that do not require proof of classification. They told the federal judge who signed the search warrant that Mr. Trump still had NDI in his home. It appears they were correct. After all, it's not about justice, it's about winning and putting the mean orange man away (or not, we'll see if they indict him). That's why they anticipated the defense and came up with the NDI ploy. Maybe the winner won't get a new pair of aviators, but a gently used pair with some ice cream stains. First it is about justice, breaking the law is breaking the law. The FBI found classified documents in his desk, I would ask why but it doesn't matter, cause it's still illegal. AS far as they aren't charging on the classified documents. On the warrant they list suspected crimes that they have a good possibility of convincing a judge to grant the warrant. Don't think that they can't or won't charge him for the more serious breaches after they have gone through all the evidence of this case.
