I didn't report him. I've noted that he posted in just about every thread with rarely anything worthwhile to say, but he had been doing that for years so I doubt he was banned for that (and seafoam suffers from the same Postamania compulsion and is still here).

If you're banned, you can still log in, and it just says you're banned, but it counts as a login.  If anyone is banned and still tries logging in over and over, that's odd.

No, I think that Hardcore Troubadour has been much more active here than Timmy at FGBs.

Tim's posts are over a period of 18 years (from 2007) while Hardcore's is slightly less than a decade (from December 2015). I think the 75 posts per day is an exaggeration, it seems to me that it was more like about 25 when the PSF was still open (and Tim noted that he does property management and spends hours a just day waiting for people to show up which gives him a lot of free time with nothing much else to do).
