Eh I feel like my team having any chance may hinge on whatever form DJ is really in right now. would have liked to have Phil again for rooting interest but wasn’t going to pull that trigger before round

KSB2424 3,148 Posted May 18, 2023 Go back and look at the past winners of the PGA Championship. Obviously there are the Tigers, JT's, Brooks, Phil's and Rory's the past 20 years. However there is also Rich Beem, Jimmy Walker, David Toms, Keegan Bradley, Jason Dufner, Shaun Michael, and YE Yang. I have a feeling its going to be a really good player, playing well recently but not a huge name. A Whyndam Clark, Corey Conners or Talor Gooch.

If anything this helps the early good players a bit. Instead of teeing off at 40 degrees they will tee off around 50. Should be only delay this week. They should get everyones round in today id imagine.

posty 2,612 Posted May 18, 2023 Very nice to go to ESPN.com and not see Tiger's face on the main page and "stroke-by-stroke, hole-by-hole, play-by-play" of his round... I am actually shocked that the PGA Tour is actually holding this major without him...
