Believe that is libel, not slander.  Very few jurisdictions make libel a crime, though a few do.  As for discussing a very public figure and a very public legal case and implications and situations surrounding that case, I am going to opine that MDC is on extremely safe legal grounds.

Oh yeah, that is absolutely worth enjoying.....but again, that is a temporary "feel good" with a nasty surprise on the back end.  This is my biggest problem with liberals, the need for immediate gratification with no acknowledgement of the consequences....

Found to be a defamer and sexual batterer to a preponderance of the evidence.  Of course, this is one chapter in a book yet to be written.  Other charges and allegations are still pending. I didn’t follow the case enough that well and was also surprised by the verdict. I don’t think Trump faces any consequences over this other than the $, which he can afford. I just like seeing a shameless bald faced liar and creep get exposed. Now we know at least some of the other allegations are true too.

So it turns out this Ho wouldn't have been able to sue Trump except for a law that was passed in NY that gave "victims" a one year window to sue regardless of when the incident occurred.  So, basically, an end around of the statute of limitations.  Nothing shady there.  And this Ho was instrumental in getting the law passed, and her lawsuit was financed by some big Dem donor.  Gee, doesn't sound like anything political going on with this lawsuit, does it?  And idiots like @The Real timschochet just eat this sh*t up.
