I skim your posts, they are mostly the same whining, usual deflection, crying about unfair treatment. 95% of your posts are the Twitter conservative embodiment of the blue haired girl screaming noooo meme 😂

Ok. So the one time you decided to engage you caught an ass whipping. Best for you to go back to your prior strategy.

“On Jan. 7, 2021, the day after the attack on the United States Capitol in Washington, D.C., a Republican Party official named Cathy Latham and a bail bondsman named Scott Hall accompanied a computer forensics team into the elections office in Douglas, Georgia...”

The agency recently completed its 13-month investigation, culminating in a 392-page investigative report…

Guess how much fraud they found…

Cathy Latham is a deep state plant obviously.

Yeah, that’s what I meant. Idiot. But to your failed point, juries from DC and Fulton county? I assume they are products of those failed education systems. Look at the skeezer DA in Fulton county.  Who the Fock would vote for that?

The excuses are coming out already 😂

Oh. So the computer would be able to tell if a ballot was legit? Or does it just tabulate what’s put in?

I agree they should go to prison if true. What more should I say?

Judge threatens to dismiss Trump and "draw every negative inference that I can"

After another short aside in an answer from Donald Trump, Judge Arthur Engoron told attorney Chris Kise to control the former president or he will be dismissed from the stand.

Asked by Kevin Wallace of the NY attorney general's office if a statement about 40 Wall Street's $550 million evaluation is accurate, Trump referred to the legal issue of the statute of limitations.

"Five year statute of limitation. You’re still on 2014," Trump said.

Engoron wasn't pleased: "Mr. Kise that was a simple yes or no question. We got another speech. I beseech you to control him if you can. If you can’t I will. I will I excuse him and draw every negative inference that I can."

So, it's going well?

“I will draw every negative inference I can”. Ok. This needs to be thrown out and started over with a different judge based on that alone.

No it doesn't. It's a civil trial, if the defendant doesn't testify or pleads the fifth, the court is allowed to draw a negative inference from it.  If Trump isn't answer the questions it's fair for the judge(who is deciding the case) that he will be dismissed and he will draw every negative inference for not answering the questions.

Which according to the testimony I've read today, probably is going to be what he does, since DT is being very evasive in his answers or going off on diatribes that have nothing to do with th questions.

85/15 Rule with Trump

85 percent of the time is pure unyielding political persecution. Team Blue, the DNC and the corporate establishment aren't even trying to hide it anymore. While I personally find Trump to be a total imbecile, and I want him out of politics period, he is still an American citizen. You can't just railroad someone like this for what is going to be over a full decade straight once the 2024 general cycle ends.

15 percent of the time, Trump takes a bad situation and just makes it worse. Sometimes his best play is just to shut up. Or let others, in specific areas, where they have more training and experience, to handle certain things ( I'm not including Fauci in that statement)

In current times, Trump has nothing to lose by fighting everything. He only truly loses if he loses 2024 POTUS. Nothing else matters. If he wins POTUS, all this other legal conflict just plain goes away. He has nothing to gain by being silent. Speaking up like this got him into some of these messes in the first place. But speaking up also is his only real defense left against the corporate establishment.

A lot of the general public has tuned out. That was evident during the J6 Hearings ( which was a proxy for a third impeachment)

People who despise Trump beyond all measure will lap it all up still. The rest of the country? They just want prices to stop rising at the grocery store.

If Team Blue wanted to go after Trump, then that's their choice. However, you can't win by going after Trump AND openly attacking the every day working class person and their families too. For the struggling families hit hard by inflation, crime, 2020 rioting and looting, school lockdowns, etc, etc, the new narrative to them is Trump looks like hope. That's not a function of Trump's enduring "altruism" for the masses. Because he could care less if they live or die. However, it is a sign of how pathetic Team Blue had operated here.

How pathetic do you have to be as a political Party to allow an imbecile like Trump to rise from the ashes?

This is an aspect of discussion you will never ever cover. You just won't. You've got some of the worst case of TDS here.

We are closing in on a full decade of pure "Orange Man Bad" in this country. Dominating the national daily media cycle endlessly.

The problem with nearly all of the activist complicit MSM and most of Big Social Media joining in and coordinating in this fray, is it desensitizes people in general.

If you paint someone as the most "evil" thing to exist, then what is one more "crime" going to add up to that same often told tired story?

The documents case has real legal teeth. I'm not the only lawyer on this site and in these forums and it's pretty bad for Trump there. I won't deny that much. But the rest of these cases are nothingburgers against Trump. There are LOTS of things that Trump did that was clearly unethical and I wouldn't do them myself and I wouldn't recommend anyone else do them either as an elected official. But unethical is not the same as illegal. It's just not.

If Team Blue and the DNC want to get Trump, then get him. But it has to be done with actual democratic processes at work. And it's been shown over and over again that those processes have been corrupted, hijacked and weaponized against him.

Just because Trump is not always right doesn't mean, in many cases, that he's just simply automatically wrong and devoid of having a point because it fits the political tribalism of some here and out there.

Jettisoning actual democratic processes to get Trump might be OK for someone like you. Except it means democratic processes are jettisoned for all of us. And your children too. What happens if one day your children grow up and no longer fit the "proper narrative"?

Are you willing to let your kids grow up to be lined up against a wall for more "Orange Man Bad"?  That's the price of your TDS. Ask yourself what kind of a world your kids will inherit in the non stop persecution of Trump. It's more than his life and his political career at stake. It's more than just 2024 POTUS. It's about the defense of actual democratic processes. But you clearly don't care. Ask yourself if you'll care if it comes down to your children being removed from your home by jackboots one day for failing some woke purity test.

Yup. He's only being allowed to continue because, true to form, he is completely unable to shut his yap, and he's helping the AG's case with some of his admissions.

I hereby give permission to you woketards to start celebrating.  I mean you could have as soon as this farce started, but go ahead and get an early jump on it.  It’s already been decided.  This judge is still using the low ball price on Mar a Lago. Enjoy.
