When I was in, we weren't allowed to drive our heavy equipment off post, let alone through major cities. When we deployed to Saudi, we loaded our vehicles onto railroad cars. Of course, the rules may be different as these vehicles, though large, are wheeled rather than with tracks.

You’ll find drugs there too around Snyder Ave. Parts of West Philly are nice too. When you live in a big city you get to know the neighborhoods and it’s easy to avoid the slums.
